The turn around time for this fantastic tumbler is 3 to 4 weeks; not including weekends.  Personalization is free for this tumbler. Please add the person's name, color of vinyl and saying to the order notes at checkout. You may just add a name to the tumbler but specify that in the note.  If you do no wish to personalize, please add the words " AS IS" to the order notes.

* Do Not Soak

* Not Dishwasher Safe

* Not Microwave Safe

* Do not drop; Tumblers should be treated like glass

* Avoid Extreme Heat

Here at Sip With T's tumblers, we use the highest quality in glitter to create your tumbler.  We also use an FDA approved epoxy to seal your tumbler and to give it a glass like finish.  Epoxy takes time to dry and cur. It takes 3 days from the last coat of epoxy to cur properly so you are able to drink from the tumbler safely. 

*We  do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds.  We do not offer cancellation on Custom Tumblers, Made to Order or Ready to Ship tumblers once an order has been placed. 

* Please understand, if a non glittered tumbler has been placed, there are no guarantees that specks of glitter will not be present on the tumbler. I try my hardest to make sure these specific tumblers are glitter free but some things are inevitable.
