Refund policy

*We  do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds.  We do not offer cancellation on Custom Tumblers, Made to Order or Ready to Ship tumblers once an order has been placed. 

* Please understand, if a non glittered tumbler has been placed, there are no guarantees that specks of glitter will not be present on the tumbler. I try my hardest to make sure these specific tumblers are glitter free but it is challenging.

* Your order(s) are handmade with a lot  love and may have slight imperfections. Please be kind.
